We are a high quality Design Build Full Custom and Semi-Custom Home Builder. Whether you choose to build at our Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze Series standards the structural integrity, energy efficiency, and quality features are never compromised! So, when production builders claim to be “Custom” and attempt to lure you in with a low base model price for a stripped down structure, only to hit you with overpriced upgrades, come talk to us!

Full Custom: At either our Platinum or our Gold Series features, bring us your custom Architect drawn, draftsman drawn, or online plan (that you poses a legal right to build) and we will create a plan that meets your needs, budget, and the relevant local codes. Or choose one of our standard plans and we will modify it to meet your specific needs. Pricing starts at $205/sf for Gold Series and $225/sf at Platinum Series.

Semi-Custom: Silver Series homes allow for some customization our standard plans. Features are a comfortable Mid-level. Pricing starts at $180/sf plus any upgrades.

Off the shelf: Bronze Series homes are value engineered, energy efficient, and well built structures with all the essential features a first time build or budget conscious client would need. By any production builders standards, our Bronze Series is an upgrade. Pricing starts at $165/sf, plus any upgrades.
